The Ideale+ TMB-2080 Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor works seamlessly with the MedM Health Diary app, allowing users to automatically record, organize, and manage their blood pressure readings. Each measurement can be transmitted via Bluetooth to a smartphone or tablet, and registered users can securely back up their readings in the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.
Within the MedM app, users can set reminders for regular blood pressure checks or medication intake, view trends on charts with optional aggregation, attach notes or tags to readings, and export data in CSV format.
Premium members gain access to enhanced features, including customizable goals, threshold-based notifications, PDF report export, secure data sharing and remote monitoring, as well as synchronization with major digital health platforms such as Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and Samsung Health.

How to Connect Ideale+ TMB-2080 with MedM App
- Open the MedM Health app → tap Devices in the bottom Tab Bar
- Tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth device discovery
- Power on your TMB-2080 blood pressure monitor. The device will automatically enter pairing mode, and the Bluetooth indicator will start blinking
- When the app detects TMB-2080, tap on it. Configure device settings if necessary, then select "Add to My Devices"
- After successful pairing, a confirmation message will appear in the app
- The connected TMB-2080 monitor will now be listed in your Devices tab
- Make a new blood pressure measurement to collect data in the app
Notes: The app must be running in the foreground or background (configurable on settings) to receive new measurements.
