The Premi TMB-2284-B CE Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor works in combination with the MedM Health Diary app to simplify blood pressure tracking and data management. Using Bluetooth technology, measurements are automatically synchronized with a smartphone or tablet , allowing users to view and organize their results instantly. For registered users, all data is also securely stored and backed up in the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.
MedM users can take advantage of reminder features for measurements and medications, visualize blood pressure trends on intuitive charts, add notes or tags to readings, and export data as CSV files. Premium membership provides access to advanced tools such as custom thresholds and goals, intelligent notifications, PDF report generation, secure data sharing, remote health monitoring, and seamless synchronization with Apple, Google, and Samsung health platforms.

How to Connect Premi TMB-2284-B-CE with MedM App
- Open the MedM Health app → from the Tab Bar, select Devices → tap “+” to begin Bluetooth discovery
- Enable pairing on the TMB‑2284‑B CE monitor: press and hold the START/STOP button until the Bluetooth symbol starts blinking
- Once TMB‑2284‑B CE unit is discovered in the app → select it, review or adjust device settings if necessary, then tap Add to My Devices
- A confirmation popup will confirm successful pairing
- The paired TMB‑2284‑B CE model will now appear on the Devices screen
- Take a measurement on the TMB‑2284‑B CE meter to sync data to the MedM app
Notes: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and the app is running (foreground or background) to receive new readings.
