Samsung Galaxy Watch Series Compatible with MedM Platform via Samsung Health

MedM apps support two-way data synchronization with Samsung Health (available with a MedM Premium). Data recorded by the watch can be imported into MedM, while measurements captured in MedM from compatible Bluetooth health monitors or entered manually can be exported to Samsung Health.

Via Samsung Health, MedM imports activity, blood glucose, blood pressure, exercise, heart rate, SpO₂, sleep, water intake, and body weight. In return, MedM exports blood glucose, blood pressure, heart rate, water intake, and weight back to Samsung Health — ensuring a complete, unified health record across both platforms.

Beyond Samsung Health data sync, MedM enables automatic data capture from hundreds of compatible Bluetooth health and wellness devices — supporting accurate, structured recording across 30+ health metrics including workouts, blood oxygen levels, glucose, blood pressure and more. Users can visualize trends in charts, export records in CSV format, and configure reminders to stay consistent with their monitoring routines. Personal health data always remains under the user's full control.

MedM Premium members also benefit from PDF health report generation, threshold-based notifications aligned with personal wellness goals, and the ability to grant secure online access to their data — enabling remote health and wellness monitoring by caregivers or family.

How to Connect Samsung Galaxy Watch Series with MedM App

Important: Syncing data from Samsung Galaxy Watch devices requires a MedM Premium Membership. Make sure Samsung Health is installed, set up, and actively collecting data on your smartphone.

To enable data synchronization with a MedM app, follow these steps:

  • Ensure your Samsung Galaxy Watch is paired with your smartphone and syncing data to Samsung Health
  • Open the MedM Health Diary app
  • Go to the app menu
  • Select Data Sync
  • Choose Samsung Health from the list of available connections
  • Select the data types you want to sync (e.g., activity, heart rate, sleep, etc.) and the direction of syncing
  • Grant all required permissions to allow data access
  • After setup is complete, your data will be automatically synced to MedM and updated regularly whenever the MedM app is used

You can change synced data types or revoke access at any time via Samsung Health settings or directly in the MedM app.
